Welcome to Afrikana Travels & Tours! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and the relationship between us (Afrikana Travels & Tours) and you (the client). By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and Payment

4. Travel Insurance
4.1. It is mandatory for all clients to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
4.2. Afrikana Travels & Tours is not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages during your trip.
5. Responsibilities of the Client
5.1. Ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates.
5.2. Arrive on time for all scheduled departures. Delays may result in additional costs or missed activities.
5.3. Follow all local laws, cultural guidelines, and the instructions of your guide or tour operator.
6. Liability
6.1. Afrikana Travels & Tours acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers) and is not responsible for any issues caused by these third parties.
6.2. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest.
7. Use of Photos and Videos
7.1. By participating in our tours, you grant Afrikana Travels & Tours permission to use any photos or videos taken during your trip for marketing purposes.
7.2. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before your trip.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. We collect personal information to process your booking and provide services.
8.2. We do not share your details with third parties unless necessary for your travel arrangements.
9. Complaints and Feedback
9.1. If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your guide or contact us immediately.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenya.
